Post Workout Berry and Seed Goodness

One of my favorite smoothies after a workout in the gym or a training session. It’s great to replenish those calories you burned in your workout. It’s packed with plant based proteins and anti-inflammatory berries.

Equipment needed
: High quality blender

Prep Time: ~5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop of vegan protein powder (I prefer to use VEGA Sport protein)
  • Handful of organic straw and blueberries
  • 2 dates
  • 1 1/2 cup of ice cold coconut water

Preparation: Throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute.
