Buckwheat Pancakes

This is an all time favorite of mine. It’s so simple to make and it tastes amazing. Packed with a lot of plant based protein makes it a perfect breakfast to kick start your day. Make sure to use quality incredients. I always use the products from Global Vital, which have a high quality standard that you can trust. In the end your gut and GI tract will thank you!



  • Put all the incredients into a bowl and use a hand mixer to get a nice and smooth texture
  • Use a fry pan and coconut oil to make the pancakes
