Nitrate Boost

A great choice if you need a bit of extra oxygen for a High Intensity workout or time trial. This nitrate rich smoothie is best served cold. For optimal performance boost drink it about 70 minutes prior to your hard workout.


Equipment needed: High quality blender
Prep Time: ~5 minutes


  • 1 organic medium sized beet
  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 data

Preparation: Peel the beetroot and throw all the ingredients into your blender and blend on high speed for over 1 minute. Put it in the fridge or add some ice before you drink it.
