Pick me up

A great smoothie if you feel hungry during the day or to start your day. Filled with healthy fats and protein.This can be a full breakfast replacement as it so rich and filling.



Equipment needed: High quality blender
Prep Time: ~5 minutes


  • 2 Tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 2 dates
  • 1 cup of organic coconut milk
  • 3 ice cubes and some water
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation: Throw all the ingredients (except cinnamon) into your blender and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Sprinkle some cinnamon on top.
