Plantpower shopping list

Here is a shopping list that provides a list of a vast array of plant based foods. It’s not a complete list but gives an idea of what foods to look for when you do your grocery shopping.

I try whenever possible to shop locally at farmer markets or organic food stores that stock food from the local area. Hence the food varies depending on the season. I stay away from highly processed food, refined sugars and genetic modified food.
