The journey

“What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” – Zig Ziglar

It’s a driving force and an important aspect in life – having a goal. I set myself the goal to race an Ironman distance triathlon next year in June. It’s my aspiration to challenge myself and embark on a journey where I will learn more about my limits and my capabilities. For me just finishing the race is not my intention – I want to get the best out of this journey and will therefore invest a lot of time and energy to get myself to a state, mentally and physically, where I feel confident and convinced that I can achieve the best possible outcome.

I want to use this space to share my personal experiences and insights that I learn along the way. It’s a long road to travel but it will be an exciting and challenging experience and I can’t wait to get started. Stay tuned
