Endurance sports are demanding, they take you to your limits and not too often tear you down if you are not careful. To thrive, I  take an holistic approach and look beyond fitness to keep my body in line with my fitness demands. I have discovered a great passion for food and cooking. It’s a way to learn more about nutrition and what impact it has on your body. I think it is fundamental and my relationship to food preparation and intake has changed over the time. My perspective on proper, healthy and clean food has become even more important since I have started with endurance sports. Thriving on a plant based whole food diet, I want to share some recipes and ideas that I use on a daily basis to support my lifestyle.
